Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after processing.
Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after processing.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or peak shipping seasons.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
Carrier Responsibility & Lost Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued, the shipment is under the responsibility of the carrier.
If tracking shows the package as “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled. Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery location confirmation or missing package claims.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, natural disasters, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside of our control.
