Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Greenwell Plus.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused items in their original packaging and condition.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number.
All returns must be authorized in advance. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened dietary supplements
  • Opened personal care products
  • Items not in resalable condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
We will resolve the issue by replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, original shipping fees and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Abuse of Return Policy

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns and refunds from customers who show patterns of excessive, suspicious, or abusive return behavior.
